SHIPPING / DELIVERY

Jozanna offers FREE SHIPPING for all US Customers.

International Orders: Free Standard Shipping for orders over $35. Please note that standard international shipping fees do not include taxes or duties and they may differ depending on your region.

We ship from our partnered warehouses & factories located in the US, Canada, Europe & Asia. So, please expect your items to be shipped separately (if you order more than one item) as different factories specialize in different areas of manufacturing.

• We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages delayed in transit.
• If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect or insufficient address, you are responsible for the original shipping cost. 
• It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct shipping/delivery address for an order. If the wrong delivery address is provided, Jozanna Couldn't offer reimbursement for this package.

PROCESSING TIME

Order processing time takes 1- 3 business days (Monday-Friday) before shipment. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. 
*Please Note: The time it takes to receive items includes Processing + Shipping Transit time. 

DELIVERY

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
When your order has shipped, we will send you a confirmation email that includes your tracking number so that you can follow the progress of your shipment. For international orders, Standard Airmail includes a customs form label number that can be used to locate your package but is not an actual tracking number.

If your order does not come within the expected shipping time please email info@jozanna.com and we will contact you.

CURRENCY CONVERSIONS
All prices listed on our site are in US dollars and charged in US dollars. The bank that has issued your credit card determines the exact exchange rate that you will pay, but in general, it will match very closely with the going exchange rates.
