Return & Refund Policy

Jozanna Return & Refund Policy

 

Jozanna.com online store makes sales based on our excellent designs and proven reliability. We have a QA team to test that your ordered products are functioning correctly before they are packed and sent to you, so our product quality is guaranteed.

If you are not satisfied with the items you received, it is easy for you to exchange or refund. Email to support@jozanna.com and we will do the best we can.

Easy Exchanges:

Love it but need a different size, color, or pattern? We're happy to exchange as long as that item's still in stock on your fee.

Refund:

Return the item for a refund, you need to pay the return shipping fee and send the original package back us.

Returns
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since you receive your package, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

The item must be undamaged, unworn, and unused with tags still attached within 14 days of the notification that the item will be returned. Any damaged or defective items as long as any claims are placed within 5 days of the item being received.

Items Not Eligible for Return

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: bodysuits, lingerie & sleepwear, swimwear.

How to Make Your Return or Exchange:

Step 1:  If you're not satisfied with the products received, please contact our customer service first and email to support@jozanna.com for further help.

Step 2:  If you want to exchange, it's easy! Just inform us of the item SKU and size which you want to exchange for. If you return for Refund, Our Account Department will arrange the refund for you after receiving the returned items.

Step 3:  Pack it up. Place your item(s) (in unworn condition) and in a securely sealed shipping package.

Please allow 5 to 10 business days for package transit, plus an additional 5 to 7 business days for processing after receipt at our Fulfillment Center.

We'll email you once we process your return or exchange.


Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@jozanna.com.


Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@jozanna.com and send your item to Jozanna, 42 Park Street, Suite 2, Tupper Lake, New York 12986, United States.
